2024 was a year of growth, progress, and milestones for the Meridian community. Together, we’ve continued to build not just homes but a place that truly feels like home. Here are some of the highlights from this incredible year.
The Road Home
This year marked significant achievements in delivering homes and welcoming new neighbours:
- 190 lots delivered, bringing opportunities for more families to call Meridian home.
- Our 2,000th lot sold—a major milestone that showcases the growth and vibrancy of our community.
- Stages 45, 46, and 47 are all titled, paving the way for even more dream homes to take shape.
- 242 home designs approved, ensuring a diverse and inspiring streetscape.
- 80 new residents moved in, each adding their unique story to the community.
Planting the Future
We’re committed to creating beautiful, green spaces for everyone to enjoy:
- The Stage 32 park was completed, offering a new place for families to gather and play.
- Reserves in Stages 9B and 9C were finalized, enhancing the natural beauty of the area.
- Streetscapes in Stages 38 to 42 were brought to life, adding charm and character to our roads.
- Landscape incentives were awarded to homeowners in Stages 46 to 48, encouraging more vibrant, green gardens.
- A total of 666 trees and 19,000 other plants were planted, creating a greener and more sustainable future.
Driving On
Infrastructure improvements continued at pace, ensuring our roads match the quality of the homes they lead to:
- 13 new roads were built, stretching 2.5km in total and connecting more parts of Meridian.
- 4,125 tonnes of asphalt were laid across Stages 37 to 43, ensuring smooth and reliable roads.
- The much-anticipated Hardy’s Road was completed, with 1,800 tonnes of asphalt making it a key connection for residents.
Looking Ahead
