1. Secure Your Property with Temporary Fencing
Pop up some temporary fencing around your block. It’s the best way to protect your land, prevent illegal rubbish dumping and get your site ready for construction. Read more about securing your property.
2. Get Your Building Plans Approved
Before your builder can start, they’ll need to submit your home and landscaping plans to ensure they comply. This helps keep our streetscapes consistent and beautiful.

3. Plan Your Landscaping
A front garden makes all the difference, and we’ll even give you a hand with it! Don’t forget to check out our $3,000 Landscaping Incentive, available once your landscaping is complete.

4. Apply for Shared Fencing
Boundary fencing is a shared responsibility with your neighbours. Make it official by completing the fencing request form.
