We’re excited to announce that the 1.81-hectare linear park at Meridian Green is on track to open by the end of this year!
With construction progressing at a strong pace and the ball wall and outdoor exercise equipment now delivered to site, another key milestone has been reached, and we can’t wait to see this exciting community space come to life.
Soon, residents will be able to enjoy all that the park has to offer, whether that’s a half basketball court and multi-sport zone, sheltered BBQ and picnic spaces, to walking connections throughout the community.
Construction progress across the estate
While the Linear Park continues to take shape, construction is also progressing strongly across Meridian Green.
Stage 52 is nearing completion, with earthworks, sewer works and road boxing now finished. Practical completion is expected in mid-August, with valuations to follow shortly after. We’re also pleased to announce that Stages 53 and 54 are now titled, marking an exciting new chapter for homeowners at Meridian Green. In Stage 55, valuation access is now available for purchasers, with titles anticipated in late June 2026. Stage 56 has seen electrical works commence onsite, with titles expected in August.
As for Stage 57, construction is well underway, with earthworks, sewer works and road boxing officially complete. Watermain works are scheduled to start in July, with practical completion anticipated in early October. Meanwhile, earthworks and sewer works are now complete in Stage 58, with road boxing due to begin shortly and titles expected in November. Construction has also kicked off in Stage 59, with earthworks now commenced and titles anticipated in April 2027.
