It has been another busy month at Meridian Green, with new milestones achieved across residential stages and key infrastructure works. Carry on reading to discover how our community is progressing!
Upcoming Title Dates
With Stages 48, 49 and 50A already delivered and titled earlier this year, we’re looking to finish the year strong, with Stage 50B scheduled to title this October.
Stages Under Construction
Works are progressing well across multiple stages, with each moving through important phases this month:
- Stage 50B – Electrical works are now complete, footpaths are being installed, and compliance checks for sewers and watermains are underway.
- Stage 61 – Rock and rubble works are complete, with watermain installation now in progress.
- Stage 51 – Boxing and aggregate drains are currently being installed, with road crossings scheduled to be completed by the end of the month.
- Stage 54 – Earthworks are complete, and sewer installation has commenced.
- Stage 53 – Earthworks are underway, marking the beginning of this stage’s construction journey.
Community Infrastructure
The Stage 25 park has officially been handed over to council, creating another beautiful open space for families to enjoy. From this point forward, all matters regarding the park will be managed by council and should be reported via Snap Send Solve. Construction of the branch sewer to service the broader Meridian community is also in progress. A branch sewer is a major piece of infrastructure that connects multiple communities to the main sewer outfall. This new pipeline will service both Meridian and neighbouring developments, ensuring every home has essential sewer connection and waste is efficiently carried to the main sewer pump station.
