There’s lots of strong progress happening on the ground at Meridian! From stages titling, wrapping up or moving into their next phase, it’s been a productive couple of months on site, with several key milestones already achieved and more just around the corner.
Stage 52
We’re excited to announce that practical completion and valuations have been achieved. But that’s not all, this stage is now titled, which means future residents can start construction without any delay. Watch this space for more updates to come!
Stage 57
With the watermain works and practical completion achieved earlier this month, construction has now officially wrapped up for stage 57. Titles are expected imminently, and we look forward to progressing settlements with future residents of this stage. This is a huge milestone, bringing us one step closer to welcoming more new neighbours to our masterplanned community.
Stage 58
What’s the latest for Stage 58? The electrical works are now complete, and the team is getting ready to build the footpaths. We’ll keep you updated as works progress.
