Pop-Up Playgroup
Weekly on Thursdays, until 17 September, 10am–11.30am
A great one to squeeze in before the holidays officially begin! This free, local playgroup is packed with music, art, reading, blocks and sensory play for little ones, plus a chance to chat with other local families and find out more about playgroups, Maternal and Child Health services or kinder enrolments in the area.

Family Fun Night
Thursday 17 September, 4pm–6pm
Round out the school term with a relaxed evening for the whole family. Bring the kids, and a neighbour or two, for activities and games, with a free sausage sizzle (halal options available) and Bolani on offer. With no bookings required, this is the perfect way to fill up your calendar.
Clyde North Dad Squad: AFL Fun Day
Sunday 20 September, 10am–12pm
Kick the holidays off right on our doorstep. This free footy morning invites dads, grandfathers and father figures to get out and enjoy some AFL fun with the kids under 7, with plenty of goals, games and a chance to connect with other local families. Bookings are required via TryBooking, so make sure you get in early.
Spring into Art
Tuesday 22 September, 10am–11am
Looking for a creative morning for the little ones? Look no further! Only $10 per child, this program let’s your child explore different art techniques and materials with the help of an art experienced facilitator. All materials are provided, making it an easy one to add to the list.
Paint and Plant
Thursday 24 September, 11am–12pm
Little green thumbs will love this one! Kids can paint their own pot, plant a seedling and take their creation home to watch it grow. It’s free to attend, though spaces are limited, so booking ahead is a must.
Little Chefs
Thursday 1 October, 11am–12pm
Wrap up the holidays with a hands-on cooking session where kids can roll up their sleeves, try new flavours and whip up something delicious. This is the perfect way for them to get creative in the kitchen and learn easy, tasty recipes to take home.
Berwick Farmers Market
Second Saturday of every month, 8am–12pm
Gold coin donation upon entry.
If you’re after a relaxed family morning, this is one to keep on the calendar all season long. Stroll the stalls for fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, eggs, honey and more from local growers and producers. Located at the Old Cheese Factory, this is a lovely way to ease back into routine once the holidays wrap up.
